2. Connect with your Readers- Capture their emails
By providing new and useful content, what I call Value Marketing, is an incentive for your readers to want to stay connected with you. And as you connect with them and continue to provide valuable information, when they need the services of a Real Estate Professional…you just may be Top of Mind.
3. Be a Value Marketer….not a Salesperson to your readers.
We just spoke about Value Marketing and let me take it a step further. Consumers search the internet for answers and if they come upon your site, you want to provide value to them, so they will keep coming back for more. Your sidebars of your blog can promote you and your cause as a Real Estate Professiaonal…so writing quality contact allows them to read your blog and your sidebar promotes YOU and your services.
4. Be Different and Dynamic
This is the main factor you need to become a successful blogger!
Try to look at hot topics from different angles; address some of the biggest misconceptions on a topic and suggest ways of solving them.
Always look for ways to make your blog contents unique and ensure you always come up with creative views on your topic.
5. Leverage the influence of Social Media
Your blogs can automatically post to your Social sites which allows you to take your content to the next level. Ask for feedback from your readers and even other real estate professionals. Earning the respect of other professionals is a great way to show that your content is well-worth reading.
