When your new  home buyers get their keys to their new home, you have such an incredible opportunity to grow your business!  How….you may ask?

Use your phone to take a few photos of your clients new home.  Just two…no more than that.  Then ask your new home owners a simple question:

How do you feel right now knowing that you are now a homeowner?

How would you rate my service to your as your real estate agent?

Could you take a few moments right now and  tell me how you feel…perhaps a few words about the value that I have provided to you?

I have found in 8 out of 10 situations (I use this technique with the Realtors that I train) that the person is so thrilled about their new home (or new skill) that they gladly give you a quick testimonial…otherwise known as a review.

What to do with this?

As you create the Broadcast My Move website for your new home buyer, add the video to the site.  As they pass this to their sphere of influence, their message about your excellent service will be passed about.  What a great way to have the OPPORTUNITY of obtaining a referral!  Try it….it costs you nothing, takes only about 5 minutes to make and you’ll make  your client very happy by providing them with a website that will allow them to share their new home with their family and friends!

Let me ask you a question….

Is the use of Smart Phones growing or decreasing?  If you answered increasing you are correct.  As I searched the internet to find you some stats, I was amazed how fast Smart Phones is growing in popularity.

Worldwide mobile phone sales to end users totaled nearly 426 million units in the first quarter of 2013, a slight increase of 0.7 percent from the same period last year, according to Gartner, Inc. Worldwide smartphone sales totaled 210 million units in the first quarter of 2013, up 42.9 percent from the first quarter of 2012. The Asia/Pacific region was the only region to show growth in mobile phone sales this quarter, with a 6.4 percent increase year-on-year.

 

Showing your sellers how you can use Call Capture and QR Codes to increase the visibility of their home is essential in your presentation.  Be sure you understand how to use this Marketing Tool and include in within your Marketing Plan.
